Michigan Safe Storage Law
Michigan's Secure Storage Law went into effect in 2024 to help protect Michigan's youth and reduce firearm injuries. Part of this law is that schools are required to share this information with all parents and guardians. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services provided this information to the Michigan Department of Education for distribution. As required the following resources are linked:
