Brian Verstreate Memorial Fund

Class of 1990

An endowment fund has been newly established with the Four County Community Fund in memory of Brian Verstreate, a graduate of the ICHS Class of 1990.  Brian died of inoperable cancer on February 13, 2006.  He left behind his wife, Kinga, and two young sons, Alexander, and Eugene.

His high school classmates and friends Mitch Blonde and Chad Stoldt are spearheading this fund raising effort as a fitting way to memorialize Brian—and to assist the youth in the Imlay City area.

To make a tax-deductible donation to the Brian Verstreate Scholarship, mail checks to:  Four County Community Foundation, PO Box 539, Almont, MI 48003.  Donors are asked to designate “Brian Verstreate Scholarship” in the memo portion of the check.
