In an effort to minimize increasingly expensive processing fees, we are making it much easier to pay for our childcare/latchkey and preschool programs. ICS is switching to a new payment platform called Tuition Express.
*Please note that if you continue using MySchoolBucks the district will be passing on the associated fees beginning January 1, 2026 (4.6% of the payment amount plus .40 per transaction).
Moving to Tuition Express helps your family in many ways:
--Pay Easily, Anytime: You can pay your tuition from your computer or phone, no matter where you are.
--Never Pay Late: You can set up automatic payments so your tuition is always paid on time. This means no more worrying about due dates!
--Your Money is Safe: Tuition Express uses the highest level of security to protect your bank and credit card information.
--See Your Records Instantly: You can check your payment history and yearly statements any time of day on the online website. This will help make tax time and benefit claims easier.
What You Need to Do Next
Please download the Procare app and fill out the Tuition Express Authorization Form as soon as possible. Visit myprocare.com or the app store.
You have two simple ways to pay:
1. Pay from Your Bank Account (ACH): You let us take the payment directly from your checking or savings account. District preferred payment method.
2. Pay with a Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover): If you choose this, the payment company will add a small transaction fee to your payment. The fee will be covered by the District.
